The Department of Health of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
be and it is by this Part required under the provisions of the Administrative
Code of 1929, Article 21, § 2102, to take over the administration
of the health laws within the Borough at the expense of the Department
of Health.

The proper officers of the Borough be and they are hereby authorized
and directed to send a copy of this Part to the Department of Health
for the purpose of making known to said department the required herein
incorporated.
