The provisions of this article imposing a time limit on parking shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138, any other New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.

No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the public thoroughfares, public streets or parts thereof described in Schedule I (§ 89-23) attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the public thoroughfares or public streets or parts thereof described in Schedule II (§ 89-24) attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person shall stop or stand a vehicle for the times specified in Schedule III (§ 89-25) of any day (except Sundays and public holidays) upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule III attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule IV (§ 89-26) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule IV of any day (except Sundays and public holidays) upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV attached to and made a part of this chapter.

The overnight parking of any vehicle with a gross weight in excess of four tons or with more than two axles is prohibited on the public streets or roadways in the residential districts within the Borough of Clayton.

It shall be unlawful for any residential property owner to park or permit the parking of any vehicle on his or her residential lawn in front of the front building line.
