[The Borough of Bath Police Department was originally
established 5-4-1959 by Ord. No. 189. The Department was disbanded
4-3-1995 by Ord. No. 476 in favor of a regional police force. Ordinance
No. 476 became Ch. 41 of the 2005 Code of Ordinances. Exhibit A, Colonial
Regional Police Department Uniform Traffic Regulations, adopted 1-22-2016,
as revised, can be examined in the office of Borough Clerk during
regular office hours.]
