There is hereby created a Village Plan Commission to consist
of the Village President, who shall be its presiding officer, the
Village Engineer, one member of the Village Board and four citizens
of the Village of Footville.
Section 62.23(1)(b) through (1)(f), Wis. Stats., is hereby adopted
as a part of this article by reference and incorporated herein in
its entirety.
Section 62.23(2) to (5), Wis. Stats., is hereby adopted as a
part of this article by reference and incorporated herein in its entirety.
