Town of Walpole, MA Revolving Funds

There are hereby established in the Town of Walpole pursuant to the provisions of MGL c.44 § 53E1/2, the following Revolving Funds:

Fire Alarm Maintenance	Fire Alarm Master Box Charges	Fire Department	Maintenance of Town fire alarm system, including salaries and expenses.
Engineering Services and Inspections	Inspection fees	Planning Board	Inspections of roadways, drains, utilities, and related construction of site plans, subdivisions and roads, including salaries and expenses.
Turco Field Maintenance and Turf Replacement Fund	User fees and gifts	Parks Department	Turf replacement and field maintenance, repairs, equipment and supplies including salaries and expenses
Turner Pond Fund	Fees, donations, sale of goods	Pond Management Com and Conservation Com	Upkeep, repairs, maintenance and utilities and services for Turner Pond and Turner Pond Lodge
Net Metering	Receipts from Net Metering or other energy-related agreements	Town Administrator	Payment to vendors for energy-related services provided that the Town Accountant shall be authorized, with the approval of the Town Administrator, to close out any unneeded amounts remaining in the fund at the close of the fiscal year
Veterans Agreement Fund	Receipts from intermunicipal agreement for sharing of Veterans Agent services	Veterans Dept.	Salaries, expenses and benefits of Veterans Agent; provided that the Town Accountant shall be authorized, with the approval of the Town Administrator, to close out any unneeded amounts remaining in the fund at the close of the fiscal year
Vehicles and Equipment Replacement Program	Receipts from sale of used vehicles and equipment	Town Administrator	Purchase of new or used vehicles and equipment in compliance with M.G.L. c. 30B

Expenditures from each revolving fund set forth herein shall be subject to the limitation established by Town Meeting or any increase therein as may be authorized in accordance with MGL c.44, § 53E1/2.
