[Adopted at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General
Provisions, Art. II)]
Unless otherwise indicated, fees for licenses issued under this
Code shall be as follows:
A. Alcohol beverages:
(1) Class "A" fermented malt beverage license: $100 per year.
(2) Class A" intoxicating liquor license: $500 per year; provided, however,
that the license fee for the 2020-2021 license year shall be $375,
payable as follows: $100 upon issuance and the balance of $275 payable
in monthly installments of $45.84 payable on or before the last day
of each month beginning July 31, 2020. For the 2020-2021 license year,
failure to pay any installment payment on or before the scheduled
due date shall constitute grounds for license revocation.

(3) Retail Class "B" fermented malt beverage license: $100 per year.
(4) Retail "Class B" intoxicating liquor license: $500; provided, however,
that any such license granted or issued on or after December 1, 1997,
for premises not possessing a license on December 1, 1997, shall be
charged an additional fee of $10,000. Renewals of existing licenses
issued after December 1, 1997, shall be charged the renewal fee of
$500. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the license fee for the 2020-2021
license year (excluding licenses granted or issued on or after December
1, 1997, for premises not possessing a license on December 1, 1997)
shall be $375, payable as follows: $100 upon issuance and the balance
of $275 payable in monthly installments of $45.84 payable on or before
the last day of each month beginning July 31, 2020. For the 2020-2021
license year, failure to pay any installment payment on or before
the scheduled due date shall constitute grounds for license revocation.

(a) The fee for the issuance of a "Class B" intoxicating liquor license
to a bona fide club or lodge situated in the Village of Salem Lakes
and incorporated in the State of Wisconsin for at least six years
shall be the renewal fee of $500.
(b) Six-month "Class B" intoxicating liquor license: $250.
(5) "Class C" wine license: $100 per year.
(6) Operator's license: $50 for two years.
(7) Provisional operator's license: $15.
(8) Provisional retail license: $15.
(9) Temporary "Class B" (picnic) beer or wine license: $10.

Special event (picnic): $10 per day.

Background check per individual: $10.
B. Dogs:
(1) Neutered males and spayed females: $5.
(2) Unneutered males and unspayed females: $10.
C. Kennel fees:
(1) Twelve or fewer dogs: $35.
(2) Over 12 dogs: $3 each additional dog.
(3) Initial permit or renewal subject to §
186-12B: $500.
D. Public dance hall or amusement place: $100 per year.
E. Large gatherings:
(1) Five hundred to 1,000 persons: $100.
(2) Over 1,000 to 2,500 persons: $500.
(3) Over 2,500 to 5,000 persons: $1,000.
(4) Over 5,000 persons: $2,500.
F. Food wagons: $50 per food wagon per year.
G. Amusement devices: $50 per machine per year.
H. Pool tables: $50 each per year.
I. Mobile homes and mobile home parks:
(1) Mobile homes: See § 66.0435, Wis. Stats.
(2) Mobile home parks:
(a)
Fee for each 50 spaces or fraction thereof: $100.
K. Pawnbrokers and secondhand dealers:
(1) For a pawnbroker's license: $210.
(2) For a secondhand article dealer's license: $27.50.
(3) For a secondhand jewelry dealer's license: $30.
(4) For a secondhand article dealer mall or flea market license: $165.
L. Cigarette or nicotine or tobacco products retailer license: $50 per
year.
