In the absence of the appropriate maintenance by the property owner, the Township shall have the right to prune, maintain, or remove trees, branches, shrubs, or other woody vegetation as may be necessary to protect public safety. If the Township takes this action, it will be permitted to lien the property for the cost of the work along with subjecting the violator to the penalties outlined in §
110-25.
Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of
this article shall, upon conviction, pay a fine not exceeding $300
and costs of prosecution. Each and every day in which any person,
firm or corporation shall be in violation of this article after a
conviction shall constitute a separate offense.
