There shall be a Board known as the "Fiscal Management Board."

Said Board shall consist of the Town Accountant, Treasurer/Collector,
Assistant Assessor, Chair of the Permanent Sewer Commission, Chair
of the Advisory Board or its designee and two members of the Select
Board or such designees or alternates as determined by the Board,
and one member of the Municipal Light Board or its designee and one
member of the School Committee or its designee.
Said Board shall meet as needed, consider and research the fiscal
affairs of the Town and shall issue a report(s) on its work containing
its findings and recommendations.
