Article I Training

§ 9-1 Required training for members of Planning and Zoning Boards.

The members of the Town of Dayton Planning and Zoning Boards shall receive at least four hours of training each year. This training may be provided by classroom-style seminars or conferences. Training providers may be Southern Tier West or similar entity. Topics must be appropriate to the Planning and Zoning Boards and may be determined by the Town Board. Planning and Zoning Boards will record their training hours with the Town Clerk or Town Board.
