The Township of Muhlenberg hereby adopts the
City of Reading Sewer Use Ordinance, which is made a part hereof and
incorporated herein by reference as fully as if set out at length
in this Part 2.
For the purpose of this Part 2, whenever the
term "City of Reading" or "the City" or any other reference to the
ownership of the sewer system is used, such reference shall also mean
the Township of Muhlenberg.
The Township of Muhlenberg shall have all rights,
powers, remedies and enforcement capabilities under federal, state
and local law as those given to the City of Reading under federal,
state and local laws as an owner of a sewer system and specially under
the City of Reading Sewer Use Ordinance.
