The Borough Council of Royersford Borough hereby restates and
establishes the Police Pension Plan for the purpose of complying with
applicable statutes and providing retirement and other benefits as
stated herein.[1]

adopted by Ord. No. 798, was repealed 11-10-2009 by Ord. No. 824,
at which time the Borough elected to withdraw from the Pennsylvania
Municipal Retirement System.
