No person shall park any motor vehicle in the parking lots of
the Free Public Library and Reading Room, at West Eighth Street and
Park Avenue, from 9:30 P.M. to 9:00 A.M., Monday through Saturday,
and on Sunday, except if such person is engaged in a lawful activity
at the Library during such hours. Vehicles permitted to park during
such hours must be properly identified.

In the parking lots of the Free Public Library and Reading Room,
no person shall:
(a) Park or operate any motor vehicle with the exception of persons having
lawful business in or upon library premises;
(b) Park any vehicle unless the vehicle is parked within the designated
parking stall lines;
(c) Park any vehicle in such parking stalls as are marked restricted
for library staff use. Vehicles permitted to park in these stalls
will be properly identified; and
(d) Park or operate any vehicle so as to obstruct or unreasonably interfere
with the ingress and egress of motor vehicles to or from, or the progress
of motor vehicles within such parking lots.

(a) No person shall operate a motor vehicle so as to enter the parking
lots of the Free Public Library and Reading Room except by the use
of the driveways leading from Park Avenue to such lots.
(b) No person shall operate a motor vehicle so as to exit from such parking
lots except by use of the driveways leading to College Place.
