It shall be the policy of the Town Board to conduct all business
with full disclosure to the public.
The nature and requirements of all formal procedures for applying
for a permit and for requesting a permit under this chapter and for
requesting a hearing shall be formulated by the POTW and be made available
to any user of the POTW upon request.
