The Tax Collector for the Borough of Blawnox is hereby authorized,
pursuant to the Borough Code (8 Pa.C.S.A. § 1086) to impose
a fee of $10 on each payor, individual or corporation who submits
a payment of taxes without a tax memorandum statement. The $10 fee
shall be to cover the additional time and expense in processing a
tax payment without a tax memorandum statement by the Tax Collector.
Any ordinance or part thereof in conflict herewith is hereby
repealed to the extent of said conflict.
