A.
Each commercial motor vehicle except those licensed under the provisions
of Section 301.057 or 301.058, RSMo., based on a gross weight of thirty-six
thousand (36,000) pounds or less and which are not regularly used
for actual commercial purposes shall have displayed thereon in a conspicuous
