A cable operator and any other entity that has records of revenues
or expenses that are or may be allocated to the cable operator's
system must respond to requests for information from the City. A cable
operator is responsible for ensuring that such other entity responds
to the City's requests.

Complete responses to information requests must be submitted
by reasonable deadlines established by the City.
