A.
The City of New Melle, Missouri, hereby adopts the following St.
Charles County Codes:
1.
The Building Code of St. Charles County, Article II, Section 500.100, 500.010, OSCCMO, as currently adopted, or as amended or replaced hereafter; and
2.
The Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings of St. Charles County, Article III, Section 500.150, OSCCMO, as currently adopted, or as amended or replaced hereafter; and
3.
The Existing Building Code of St. Charles County, Chapter 500, Article IV, Section 500.200, OSCCMO, as currently adopted, or as amended or replaced hereafter; and
4.
The Mechanical Code of St. Charles County, Chapter 500, Article V, Section 500.220, OSCCMO, as currently adopted, or as amended or replaced hereafter; and
5.
The Fuel Gas Code of St. Charles County, Chapter 500, Article VI, Section 500.240, OSCCMO, as currently adopted, or as amended or replaced hereafter; and
6.
The Electric Code of St. Charles County, Chapter 500, Article VII, Section 500.260, OSCCMO, as currently adopted, or as amended or replaced hereafter; and
7.
The Plumbing Code of St. Charles County, Chapter 500, Article VII, Section 500.280, OSCCMO, as currently adopted, or as amended or replaced hereafter; and
8.
The Private Sewage Disposal Code of St. Charles County, Chapter 500, Article IX, Section 500.300, OSCCMO, as currently adopted, or as amended or replaced hereafter; and
9.
The Energy Conservation Code of St. Charles County, Chapter 500, Article X, Section 500.320, OSCCMO, as currently adopted or as amended or replaced hereafter; and
10.
The Fire Code of St. Charles County, Chapter 500, Article XI, Section 500.400, OSCCMO, as currently adopted or as amended or replaced hereafter; and
11.
The Swimming Pool and Spa Code of St. Charles County, Chapter 500, Article XII Section 500.420, OSCCMO, as currently adopted or as amended or replaced hereafter; and
12.
The Property Maintenance Code of St. Charles County, Chapter 500, Article XIII, Section 500.500, OSCCMO, as currently adopted or as amended or replaced hereafter; and
13.
Abatement of Violations, Section 500.510, OSCCMO, as currently
adopted or as amended or replaced hereafter; and
14.
Notices of Unsafe Structure, Decarations of Nuisance, Orders
To Repair or Demolish, Abatement, Notice, Hearing and Appeal, Section
500.520, OSCCMO, as currently adopted or as amended or replaced hereafter;
and
15.
Levels of Contamination Due To Production or Use Of Methamphetamine
and Protocols For Abating Such Contamination, Section 500.530, OSCCMO,
as currently adopted or as amended or replaced hereafter; and
16.
The Vehicle Removal Code of St. Charles County, Section 500.540,
OSCCMO, as currently adopted or as amended or replaced hereafter;
and
17.
Interference With Director of Building and Code Enforcement
