On and after the effective date of this Part, it shall be unlawful
for any person, as herein defined, to store or keep any abandoned
or junked vehicle on public property within the limits of the Borough
of Thornburg.

On and after the effective date of this Part, it shall be unlawful
for any person, as herein defined, to store or keep for a period in
excess of 48 hours any trailer, boat, mobile home, camper unit or
mechanized machinery or equipment of any kind on any highway or public
property within the limits of the Borough of Thornburg.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this Part, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a
fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment
of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30
days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues shall constitute
a separate offense.
