It shall be unlawful for any person within the Borough to harbor
any domestic poultry, farm animals or fowl found to be a health or
safety hazard by the Cape May County Department of Health. Upon written
notice such poultry, domestic poultry, farm animal or fowl must be
removed from the Borough within 24 hours.
