A Street Department for the City of Weatherford is hereby created.
The head of this department shall be the Street Superintendent appointed
for an indefinite term. The department shall function under the supervision
and guidance of such Superintendent.
It shall be the duty of the Street Department to maintain and
improve the streets, and other public ways of the city.
