No member of the City Commission may sell, or furnish for consideration,
any materials or supplies for use of the city; and any member of the
City Commission voting for, or consenting to, or being a party to
such contract or purchase is personally liable as provided by Oklahoma
Statutes, 1991, Title 62, Section 372.

The City Commission shall not make any contract with any of its members,
or in which any of its members shall be directly or indirectly interested,
such contracts being prohibited by Oklahoma Statutes, 1991, Title
62, Section 371.

No officer of the city may become directly or indirectly interested
individually in any sale, lease or contract which he is authorized
to make, such being prohibited by Oklahoma Statutes, 1991, Title 62,
Section 371.
All purchases of supplies, materials, equipment and contractual
services for the city, and any sales thereof by the city, shall be
made by the City Commission, or pursuant to authorization granted
by it, and subject to its supervision and control.
