Any person, firm, or corporation who violated any provision of this Chapter or shall damage or destroy any building or property within any park or recreation facility, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in the sum provided in Section 9-31 of this Code. Each day's continuation of any such violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
