The Water Utility and Sewer Utility of the Borough of West Cape
May, heretofore operated as separate departments in the Borough of
West Cape May are hereby combined into a single department which shall
be known as the West Cape May Water/Sewer Utility.

The Water/Sewer Utility shall be operated and controlled by
the Borough Commissioners, which shall establish all rates, fees,
rules and regulations as may be necessary for the proper operation
of the Water/Sewer Utility.
