Every application for development to the West Cape May Planning Board shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee and an initial escrow deposit, in the following amounts, and payable in cash or certified check made out to the Borough of West Cape May. Any sums not so utilized shall be returned to the applicant. In the event the costs for such professional services by the Planning Board exceed the initial escrow fee for a particular application, the applicant shall, upon demand, pay such additional sums to the Planning Board Secretary. All final approvals are conditioned upon payment of all required escrow fees; and the Board may cease consideration of any application where additional escrow deposits have been requested and not paid by the applicant.

In the event a particular application is not specifically covered by the fee schedule established in Section 26-2, the application fee shall be $100 and the escrow fee shall be $100.
[Ord. No. 155-89 § 4]
In the event an application concerns several different requests for a variance pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c), the applicant shall be required to pay the appropriate application fee for all such variance requests.
[Ord. No. 365-06 § 2]

[Ord. No. 155-89 § 5; Ord. No. 365-06 § 3]
All fees set forth herein are intended to cover the Borough's actual costs in administering applications for development.
