These rules, regulations and standards shall be considered the
minimum requirements for the protection of the public health, safety
and welfare of the citizens of the Borough. Any action taken by the
Borough under the terms of this Chapter shall give primary consideration
to the above-mentioned matters and to the welfare of the entire community.
However, no additional right-of-way or improvements will be required
for subdivisions with minor adjustments in boundaries between two
existing lots which do not result in the creation of any additional
lots.

All public hearings, notices of decision and records shall be
handled and provided for in accordance with the terms of R.S. 40:55D-1
et seq., as amended and supplemented.

No application for subdivision shall be processed until the
real estate taxes for the property have been paid current.
