If compliance with any of the requirements of this chapter would result in an exceptional hardship to a prospective builder, developer, or landowner, the Straban Township Zoning Hearing Board may, upon request, grant relief from the strict application of the requirements in accordance with the standards set forth in §§ 140-61D and 140-36 of Chapter 140 of this Code.
