Pavement markings in accordance with the standards and specifications
established by the Department of Transportation shall be applied on
certain highways or portions of highways, and on all Village park
roadways as provided on a list maintained in the office of the Village
Clerk, which list may be amended from time to time by resolution of
the Village Board; such list shall be deemed incorporated herein by
reference.
