Every person convicted of an offense against any provision of
this chapter which is not a violation of any provision of the Vehicle
and Traffic Law of the State of New York shall be guilty of a violation
punishable as follows: by a fine in such amount as shall be prescribed
in the Schedule of Fees adopted by resolution of the Village Board
or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or by both such fine
and imprisonment.
