The penalties for violations of any provision of Chapter 27 of the State Sanitary Code and this chapter shall be as set forth in N.J.S.A. 26:1A-10 and all other applicable law, and may include injunctive action, as provided by law or both. Each violation shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable by a penalty of not less than $50 nor more than $1,000.
