Only the City Council, or its designee by resolution, has the authority to accept or reject any gift or donation, of any type, including, but not limited to, money, real property, personal property, equipment, goods, chattels, or services.

No department head or employee of the City is permitted to accept or to use in any way as part of City related functions a gift or donation without the prior acceptance of such gift or donation as provided herein.
