It shall be unlawful for any person to appear or travel on any
street, avenue, highway, road, sidewalk, bikeway, park, playground,
school ground, waterway, or to appear in any other public place within
the Borough of Gibbsboro to publicly urinate or defecate except in
public restrooms provided for that purpose.
Violations of this article shall be punishable by a fine of
$100.
