The number of plenary retail consumption licenses outstanding
in the Borough at the same time shall not exceed seven.
The number of plenary retail distribution licenses outstanding
in the Borough at the same time shall not exceed one.

The annual license fee for plenary retail consumption licenses
shall be and is hereby fixed at $2,500.

shall be and is hereby fixed at $1,543.
