No boat or RV shall be parked or stored along any public street except for the purpose of readying an RV or boat for use near in time to its being parked on a public street. No boat or RV shall be parked or stored along any single public street for more than 72 consecutive hours. No boat or RV shall be parked along any public street for more than a total of seven days in any consecutive thirty-day period.
No person shall sleep overnight nor shall they keep any residence in any boat or RV parked along a public street pursuant to § 97-3 of this part.
A. 
No boat or RV shall be connected to a permanent or "shore power" electrical source such as a power cord running from a boat or RV to a home in any manner that creates a hazard to pedestrians or traffic. This section shall be interpreted to prohibit a power cord connected to a boat or RV laying across a sidewalk unless such power cord is placed underneath a cord protector that covers any portion of the power cord that lies on or across the sidewalk.
B. 
In no event shall an RV or boat be connected to a permanent or "shore power" electrical source for more than 72 consecutive hours, regardless of whether the RV is parked on a public street or on private property.
No boat or RV shall be parked on a public street in any manner, nor shall any person use an RV or a boat parked on a public street in any manner, that results in a nuisance.
