The Eastern Berks Regional Police Department Pension Plan, attached
hereto as Exhibit A,[1] is hereby authorized and approved, effective immediately
or as of January 1, 2020, for participants who are employed as full-time
police officers of the Eastern Berks Regional Police Department (EBRPD)
upon the start of operations. The attached EBRPD Pension Plan is an
Act 600 Plan document that is also controlling for any full-time new
hires hired by the EBRPD after the start of operations. The attached
document is pursuant to and will be interpreted pursuant to Act 600.
