For the purposes of this chapter, the area of Wyoming Borough,
Pennsylvania, is hereby divided into the following districts:

The boundaries of these zoning districts are hereby established on
a series of maps, designated "Zoning Maps for Wyoming Borough, Pennsylvania,"
which are hereby made a part of this chapter, together with all existing
and future notations, references and amendments. The said "Zoning
Maps" shall be and remain on file in the Office of the Wyoming Borough
Planning Commission.
2.
The district boundary lines on the Zoning Maps are intended to follow
property lines or the centers of streets, alleys, railroads or watercourses.
In the case of unsubdivided property, the district boundary lines
shall be determined by scaling.
