No mobile food vendor shall park, advertise, or conduct any business upon any private premises, Town property, or within any public right-of-way, without being registered and licensed.
Every mobile food vendor owner or employee desiring a license under this chapter, shall file with the Zoning Administrator a written application therefor, stating the name of the applicant and the name of the mobile food vendor for which the license is desired. Each direct seller's permit shall be filed with the Zoning Administrator and shall name the licensee. The direct seller's permit shall not be delivered until the applicant shall pay to the Zoning Administrator a license fee as set by the Town Board.[1] Fees may be prorated based on date of application.

A direct sellers permit for a mobile food vendor or an employee shall be issued by the Zoning Administrator. Each license shall be issued for one calendar year and shall continue in force from the date of issuance until December 31, unless sooner revoked or surrendered.
This chapter shall be effective the day after proof of posting the same in three public places in the Town and has been filed and recorded by the Town Clerk.
