The City will reimburse up to $500 of eligible deductible costs
for damage incurred by any tree located upon City right-of-way, as
long as the following requirements are met:
A.
The City
shall be immediately notified of any damage incurred from a tree located
upon a City right-of-way.
B.
Photographs
of the damage and tree shall be provided to the City Clerk.
C.
Proof of
insurance, including a clear statement of the policy deductible, shall
be provided to the City Clerk.
D.
A copy
of the claim submitted to the insurance company shall be provided
to the City Clerk.
E.
The City
Clerk shall submit all required information to the City Council for
final approval of payment.
