The Borough of Zelienople supports improvements to public roads,
streets, lanes and sidewalks in the Borough of Zelienople and is permitted
to perform improvements to public roads, streets, lanes and sidewalks
in the Borough of Zelienople.
This article shall not prevent any person, corporation, association
or political subdivision from maintaining any pipe, conduit, or sidewalk
lawfully on or under any public street or within the Borough right-of-way,
or from making excavation as may be necessary for the preservation
of life or property when an urgent necessity therefor arises provided
such work is performed in accordance with the regulations of the Borough
of Zelienople after obtaining the necessary permits.
The Borough of Zelienople supports the adoption of complete
streets policies and practices to create a transportation network
in the Borough of Zelienople that considers multi-modal transportation.
Any resolution or part thereof, in conflict herewith, is hereby
repealed to the extent of said conflict.
