Borough Council may, from time to time, amend, supplement, change,
modify, or repeal this chapter by proceeding in accordance with the
regulations of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.[1]

All proposed substantive amendments before adoption shall be
referred to the Borough and Montgomery County Planning Commissions
at least 30 days' prior to the public hearing for adoption, for recommendation
and report, which shall be advisory.
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to affect any suit
or proceeding pending in any court or any rights acquired or existing
under prior subdivision and land development regulations of Narberth
Borough, nor shall any just or legal right or remedy of any character
be lost, impaired, or affected by this chapter.
