A.
The Municipal Engineer or his municipal designee shall inspect all
phases of the installation of the permanent stormwater management
facilities as deemed appropriate by the Municipal Engineer.
B.
During any stage of the work, if the Municipal Engineer or his municipal
designee determines that the permanent stormwater management facilities
are not being installed in accordance with the approved stormwater
management site plan, the municipality shall revoke any existing permits
or other approvals and issue a cease and desist order until a revised
stormwater management site plan is submitted and approved, as specified
in this chapter.
C.
A final observation of all stormwater management facilities shall
be conducted by the Municipal Engineer or his municipal designee to
confirm compliance with the approved stormwater management site plan
prior to the issuance of any occupancy permit(s).
