A. It
shall be unlawful for any person to enter upon the airport operations
area except at access points designated by the City.
B. No
person shall enter into any restricted area that is marked or posted
unless authorization is obtained from the Airport Manager.
C. No
person while within the airport operations area shall fail to comply
with any posted sign or signal nor shall such person fail to comply
with an order or directive from any Police Officer, firefighter, public
officer, or employee of the airport.
D. No
person shall park or store any trailer, recreational vehicle, or derelict
aircraft or vehicle upon or within the airport operations area without
authorization from the Airport Manager.

A. It
shall be unlawful to operate motor vehicles on or across any portion
of the airport operations area that is marked restricted from vehicle
access by signs, pavement markings, or other notice or control device.
B. Motor
vehicles shall be operated in strict compliance with posted speed
limits and in no event greater than ten (10) miles per hour within
the airport operations area.
C. Aircraft
shall have right-of-way over all motor vehicles, except emergency
vehicles.
D. No
person shall enter upon the airport property for access to the shade
port hangars except through the gate provided for shade port access,
unless authorized by the Airport Manager.
E. No
person shall park or leave unattended any motor vehicle or other equipment
in violation of any sign, pavement marking, or other control device.
F. No
person shall park or leave a vehicle unattended in a matter which
may interfere with the use of a taxiway, taxiway object free area,
aircraft apron, runway, hangar access, fueling equipment, or movement
of aircraft.
G. Any
person found operating a motor vehicle in violation of this Section
may be barred from operating a motor vehicle within the airport operations
area.

All dogs and other domesticated animals on the airport property
must be restrained by a leash or confined in such a manner as to be
under full control of the owner or handler.

It shall be unlawful for any person to store any damaged or
disabled aircraft upon the airport property for a period more than
thirty (30) days without authorization from the Airport Manager.

It shall be unlawful for any person to maliciously, willfully
or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with
any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is part of the airport
operations area including but not limited to any building, sign, light,
navigation aide, fueling equipment or vehicle, facility or aircraft.

A. It
shall be unlawful for any person to park or store an aircraft within
a shade port without an approved lease agreement or prior authorization
by the Airport Manager.
B. It
shall be unlawful for any tenant or other person to store any vehicle,
equipment, or materials other than aircraft, or temporary storage
of vehicles while aircraft are in use, within a shade port without
the prior authorization of the Airport Manager.
