The terms of office of Planning Board and ZBA members shall
be five years. In order to stagger the expiration of the terms, the
terms of office of regular members of the Planning Board and ZBA are
each adjusted such that one term shall expire on December 31, 2023,
and the other terms shall expire, respectively, on December 31, 2024,
December 31, 2025, December 31, 2026, and December 31, 2027. Members
of the respective Boards shall be appointed to a specified term by
resolution of the Town Board. Upon the expiration of each of the above
terms, each term thereafter shall be a five-year term.
The terms of office of the alternate members of the Planning
Board and ZBA shall be five years. In order to stagger the expiration
of the terms, the terms of office of alternate members of the Planning
Board and ZBA are each adjusted such that one term shall expire on
December 31, 2024, and the other term shall expire on December 31,
2025. Alternate members of the respective Boards shall be appointed
to a specified term by resolution of the Town Board. Upon the expiration
of each of the above terms, each term thereafter shall be a five-year
term.
