A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to cut, break, mar, injure, destroy or molest any tree, shrub, wall, fence, guardrail, post, pole, culvert, drain, bulletin board, street sign, streetlight or other light in or upon any highway or public place or building in the Village or any other property belonging to the Village or under its control or in its possession.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with, take or use any property of the Village without first obtaining the consent of the Village Board of Trustees.
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be punishable, upon conviction, by a fine of not more than $250 or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 15 days, or both.
