All parks in the Village of Oxford (Mat G. Boname M.D. Park, Fort Hill
Park, Lafayette Park and Washington Park) will be closed, except for crossing
on sidewalks, to the public between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
except with permission from the Village Board.
Any person violating the provisions of this Article will be regarded
as a trespasser and subject to a fine not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars
($250.) or to imprisonment not to exceed fifteen (15) days, or to both such
fine and imprisonment.
