Overnight parking between the hours of 4:00
p.m. and 7:00 a.m. between the dates of November 15 and April 15,
on the streets of Sandyston Township is hereby banned.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-198, notice of the
provisions of this article shall be given to the public by placing
signs at the places where this article is effective.
A violation of the provisions of this article
shall result in the offender being held liable to a penalty of $50,
pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-203.
