Every master plumber carrying on his or her trade, business
or calling in the Village or desiring or intending to do so or desiring
to do plumbing shall first be duly licensed with the County and shall
be required to produce evidence of such license; it shall be unlawful
for a person to conduct such business, trade or calling without first
becoming so licensed and producing evidence of same.
All plumbing work done in the Village, except in public streets
by the Village and under the supervision of the Department of Public
Works, shall be conducted by a master plumber licensed under the provisions
set forth by the County or by his or her employee under his or her
direct supervision.
