[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Council of the Town of Agawam 12-21-1972
as Ch. 12 of the Code of the Town of Agawam. Amendments noted where applicable.]
There is hereby established in the town a Parks and Recreation Department
to be under the supervision of a Director. The Director shall be appointed
by the Mayor.

Parks, school grounds, playgrounds and Town facilities under the control
and jurisdiction of the Town of Agawam will be open to the public daily between
the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
