Fees for purchasing copies of vital records
are as follows:
A.
Certified copy of birth, marriage, domestic partnership
and death certificate: $10 per copy.

Certification of birth, marriage and death: $5 per
copy.
C.
Photocopy of correction of birth, marriage and death:
$5 per copy.
D.
Connection to record of birth, marriage and death:
$20 per correction.
E.
Burial permits: $5 each.
