All commercial users of gaseous chlorine, including
water companies, utilities and authorities, shall be required to comply
with the following minimum requirements for chlorine leak detection
and preventive measures in the Township of Howell at all locations
in the Township and shall also provide written proof to the Township
Clerk that an on-premises person is present at all times and is trained
as to these requirements:
