130, Building Construction and Fire Prevention, consisting of Part
1, Building Construction, adopted 4-2-1975 as Ch. 36 of the 1975 Code,
as amended, and Part 2, Fire Prevention, adopted 8-7-1984 by L.L.
No. 11-1984, as amended. This local law was approved by the State
Fire Prevention and Building Code Council at its 9-14-2010 meeting.
